Digital product policy
Every item on Bee Prompts is a digital prompt delivered instantly on purchase. Because the full prompt text is revealed immediately after checkout, we’re generally unable to offer a refund once a prompt has been downloaded or viewed in full.
7-day money-back guarantee
If a prompt is genuinely broken — for example the listed settings do not correspond to the described style, or the file is corrupted or inaccessible — contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@beeprompts.com with your order number, and we’ll review it for a refund or replacement.
What isn’t covered
Refunds are not provided for: change of mind after viewing the prompt, results that vary due to differences in your chosen AI tool’s version or settings, or misuse of the prompt outside its intended AI model.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
